PLEASE BE PROMPT. If you are late, you will not be allowed to extend your time and we operate on a tight schedule.  Your time limit is 30 minutes.

We do advise that you do not bring extra guests. They may not browse or pull dresses or ask staff to pull dresses for you.

One appointment per person, DO NOT SCHEDULE BACK TO BACK TIMES. THE SECOND APPT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED. If you schedule an appointment and do not show up, you will not be able to reschedule another appointment.
